I have purchased homes in the past, this is one of the best experience I have had. Greg is very knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. We never had to wait on him, and he always scheduled ahead to make sure there were no other potential buyers present. Cutler's website has improved over the years. They have made it a more simpler way to shop for a home. We plan on making this our "forever home". We will definitely refer Greg P. and Cutler to our friends and family.

The house is held in a trust of which my brother and I are trustees. After viewing the house and property, Greg estimated a asking price range and gave us a list of recommended improvements ranked in hierarchy of the value each would add. Using that list we were able to prioritize and complete the improvements within our deadline for getting the house on the market. And the improvements resulted in a significant increase in the asking price range recommended by Greg. The listing and offer process that led to closing contained several twists and turns brought on by the buyers and their agents. In spite of the challenges and throughout the entire process, Greg demonstrated professionalism and courtesy to other agents and provided reasoned advice to my brother and me. Greg would return missed calls and follow up with answers to my questions promptly. I am very pleased with the service provided by Greg Pepper and Cutler Real Estate.
